ALPLA is seeking a skilled Production Training Specialist at its Wisconsin facility. You will support the Production Manager on projects, run training programs, and oversee daily tasks on the production floor, ensuring procedures are followed and documentation is maintained.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing, strong communication and leadership abilities, and experience with MES/IT systems. A high school diploma is required; a four-year degree is preferred.
