Production Helper

This role is primarily responsible for working in the laser department. This position also may be required to assist other areas when needed. This is a good job to get your foot in the door with our company. Availability on 1st and 3rd Shift.

• Helping to load/unload parts
• Packaging all of the parts
• Masking parts
• Other duties assigned

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances
• Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in a an environment with metal and sharp objects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
• Work in an efficient and timely manner.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
