Mold Mechanic II – West Bend, WI

We're working with a growing manufacturer in West Bend that's looking to add an experienced Mold Mechanic II to their 2nd shift team (Mon–Fri, 3:45pm–12:15am).

This is a hands-on role focused on mold maintenance, repair, and preventive care. The right person is technically sharp, comfortable with precision machining, and experienced working with plastic injection molds.

• Mold breakdowns, cleanings,inspections, and PM
• Precision measurement of moldsand tooling against print specs
• Set up and operate lathes,mills, drill press, grinders, and related equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metallic and nonmetallic parts
• Read and interpret blueprints,drawings, and technical specs

• 3+ years operating lathes,manual mills, drill press, and grinders
• 3+ years with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges)
• Strong knowledge of mechanics,shop math, and metal properties
• Vocational/trade school and 5+years of plastic injection mold experience a plus
