Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality solvent-based coatings, is seeking a Fillers and Packers Paint Industry to join their team. As a Fillers and Packers Paint Industry, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the manufacturing and packaging of premium paint products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

West Bend, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Fill and package paint products into various containers such as quarts, pails, and drums
• Assist in batching and blending paint according to specified formulas
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Operate production and packaging equipment with attention to safety protocols
• Support general warehouse and production operations as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial materials
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
