Spherion is hiring Fulfillment Specialists for a local leading manufacturer in West Bend, WI. - Load, unload, and move materials within the plant or yard using forklifts, hand trucks, or electric dollies.
- Maintain and verify records of outbound shipments and keep all department stations fully stocked.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and ensure 100% compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
- Assist with routine housekeeping tasks as part of the plant's 6S plan.
- Read work orders to determine material needs and manually move items onto pallets, racks, or shelves when necessary.
- 2 years of forklift experience (ideally in a metal fabrication shop).
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience moving large metal objects and working within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Strong basic math skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of self-motivation.
- Must be dependable, a good communicator (with team and supervisors), and adaptable to changing daily duties
