Home Health RN Thoughts
Job Status: Full-time, 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE (32 - 40 hours per week)
Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: M-F, 8AM-4:30PM
Paid On-Call:
- 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
- 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
- Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.
Benefits: Full benefits plan plus a company car (status dependent)
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of West Bend, Wisconsin
Requirements
- RN License in state of Wisconsin
- Current, valid driver's license
- 1 year of home health preferred
