Job Types: 0.6 FTE or 0.8 (24 or 32 hours per week)

Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 / hourly, based on experience

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Paid On-Call: Nights and weekend rotations

• 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.

Work Location: In Brookfield, South Milwaukee, Pewaukee, West Bend, and surrounding areas in Wisconsin

Requirements

• RN License in state of Wisconsin, required
• Current, valid driver's license, required
• 1 year of home hospice preferred
