  Deliver Compassionate Care – Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.

  Document Accurately – Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.
• 👩⚕️
  Lead CNAs – Assign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care.
• 👥
  Manage Care Loads – Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents, depending on assignment.

• ✔ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• ✔ Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.
• ✔ Current CPR certification.
• ✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
