We are looking for a Assisted Living Housing Manager (HUC)to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

The goal is to-promote patient’s being-by providing high quality nursing care.

• Oversee Daily Operations
  :
  Ensure all departments function efficiently and effectively.
• Develop Resident Care Plans
  :
  Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
• Manage Budget
  :
  Handle the facility’s budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Supervise Staff
  :
  Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to provide high-quality care.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  :
  Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Communicate with Families
  :
  Maintain relationships with residents’ families, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Coordinate Activities
  :
  Organize social, recreational, and educational activities for residents.
• Maintain Facility
  :
  Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure a safe and homely environment.

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience preferred
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
