Company Description

• Exciting growth-stage company currently constructing a new headquarters building
• Achieved consistent 50% year-over-year growth for the past four consecutive years
• Expanded workforce significantly, hiring over 150 new employees this year

• Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight of the Quality department
• Directly manage one Quality Supervisor, Quality Leads, and Quality Technicians
• Oversee and maintain daily quality programs including SQF, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control initiatives
• Drive plant-level quality management systems and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization
• Lead SQF audits and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and third-party agency requirements

• BS in Science or related discipline required
• 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience in a food-controlled manufacturing environment
• SQF Practitioner Certification preferred
