- Supervise Quality Leads and Quality Technicians across batching, blending, and packaging operations (17 direct reports)
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Manage food safety metrics and maintain comprehensive QA documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations across all production processes
- Bachelor's degree (BS) is required
- Demonstrated experience in food safety and quality assurance supervision
