• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the proper temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared items.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked during service.
• Cleans the kitchen after preparation and serving; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores food and supplies according to standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Adheres to HACCP standards; ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Performs other duties as assigned; maintains safe, clean work environment.
• Performs duties safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Previous culinary experience is required.

• Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Full time;
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
