Dunham's Sports is one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., with over 240 stores across 20 Midwest states. We are looking for टूटस enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and a passion for customer service.

We need a dynamic store leader to manage operations, merchandising, and staff training in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves daily store operations, opening and closing duties, and driving sales through excellent customer service and data analysis.

• Operational,:bg, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm bote engagement to motivate staff and create a positive work environment.
• Preferred merchandising knowledge in apparel,venue & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
• Availability to work all hours the store is open.
