Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to: assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure’s through ongoing training and monitoring.

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
