Account Executive

Delta Defense seeks a Part-Time Account Executive to drive USCCA membership growth within a mission-driven, high-performance culture. In this role, you'll engage prospective members through consultative outreach, educating them on self-defense education, training, and liability insurance offerings. You will manage a focused sales pipeline, qualify and close membership opportunities, and deliver exceptional, values-driven service to responsible gun owners. Working closely with marketing and customer care teams, you'll support campaigns, track results in CRM tools, and continuously build your product and industry knowledge while meeting part-time sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth for USCCA through consultative sales outreach to prospective members
• Educate prospects on self-defense education, training, and insurance offerings aligned with Delta Defense mission
• Manage a part-time sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, qualification, and closing
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prospects and members feel informed and supported
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and results in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and customer care teams to optimize campaigns and member experiences
• Meet or exceed part-time sales and activity goals while adhering to compliance and industry standards
• Continuously build product, firearms safety, and industry knowledge to better serve responsible gun owners
