Key Responsibilities- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
- Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands‑on experience.
- No prior construction experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks for 8+ hours per day.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to the shop.
- Strong desire to grow in the construction industry and take on more responsibilities over time.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
- No licenses or certifications required.
