Drain Service Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of drain service technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members. Perform and oversee drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Troubleshoot and resolve complex drainage issues, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage. Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions with clients and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of service work, including reports, invoices, and customer feedback. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies. Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are in good working condition. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as needed.

Drain Service Lead

Qualifications:

Proven experience in drain services, plumbing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools. Experience using hydro jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and other drain service tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications. Leadership and team management experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
