Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician ponsibilities include supporting and overseeing repair of Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, tools, and equipment. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of a 2‑year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program.
• Mechanical license in city and/or state where job is located.

Hourly wage range $23.00–$45.00, inclusive of potential premiums and bonuses. Compensation packages based on various factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
