What We Expect From You
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems – from preventive maintenance to complex engine repairs.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on various truck and equipment components including brakes, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations, including DOT standards and company procedures.
  • Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping tools and equipment in proper working order.
  • Experience is preferred but not required – We're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
