Job Responsibilities:

As an Electrician, you will:

Maintain Electrical Systems – Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and other building infrastructure.

Keep Facilities Running – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, control systems, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems throughout Cedar Community.

Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose equipment and building system issues, complete work orders, maintain service records, and order replacement parts to ensure reliable facility operations.

Support Facility Improvements – Assist with remodeling projects, equipment installations, renovations, and research for new building systems and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mechanical, electrical, trade school education, or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenance practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose building systems and equipment.

Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.

Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
