• Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors & zero turn mower.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions and loading/unloading.
• Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims.
• Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.

• Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience.

• Mechanical skills with basic knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Positive attitude, good attendance, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy team player.

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, day shift, with weekend availability and overtime.
• On-site work at our West Bend location.
