Join WB Warehousing & Logistics as our Warehouse Manager and lead our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to new heights! As the Warehouse Manager, you'll drive efficiency in product receipt, storage, value‑adding servicing, and dispatch. Your role will be pivotal in achieving productivity targets and ensuring seamless warehouse processes.

• Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and vision.
• Standardize procedures to enhance efficiencies, including ISO required SOP development and maintenance.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Optimize space utilization through layout planning.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Contribute to the cycle count program.
• Prepare annual budgets and develop a 35‑year logistics strategy.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Plan work rotations, assign tasks, and evaluate results.
• Recruit, train, and motivate employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Produce regular reports and statistics, including KPIs.
• Solicit feedback and monitor service quality.
• Handle additional facility management responsibilities.

• Previous warehouse management experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
• Proficiency in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong understanding of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
