Shipping​/Packaging Associate

Position Title:

Shipping/Packaging Associate Wage: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

5:00am-3:30pm or 6:00am-4:30pm

We're seeking a Shipping/Packaging Associate to support the production and shipment of custom display cases and fixtures.

• Package finished products for shipment, including shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling, and preparing materials for transportation.
• Verify product weights and dimensions and communicate shipping information to the logistics team.
• Stage completed products for loading and shipment.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Move incoming materials to designated staging and storage locations.
• Ensure all finished goods are clearly identified and properly stored.
• Inspect products and materials for damage and maintain quality standards.
• Review daily production schedules and shipping priorities with management.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, GMP guidelines, and warehouse best practices.

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
