School Psychologist

• Active Michigan School Psychologist license required
• Prior experience with K-12 students in educational settings is preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to provide effective support to students, families, and educators
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability working between sites and managing varying caseloads

• Conduct assessments to identify students learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs
• Provide direct counseling, intervention, and crisis support to students
• Develop and implement evidence-based strategies and individualized student plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Participate in special education eligibility evaluations and IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state guidelines
• Offer professional recommendations for instructional or behavioral interventions
