About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:
Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Providing emotional support and education to patients and families
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Identify and report any potential safety risks or concerns to supervisors
