Wound Care Nurse

Join Medilodge as a Wound Care LPN/RN and provide specialized skin and wound care for post-acute, rehab, and long-term care residents. You'll assess wounds, develop treatment plans, perform evidence-based interventions, and closely monitor healing. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to prevent pressure injuries, manage complex cases, and educate residents, families, and staff. At Medilodge, you'll practice in a resident-centered culture that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence, with ongoing training and growth opportunities across our Michigan centers.
