In-Store Product Ambassador

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Product Ambassador to represent our residential HVAC services inside partnered retail locations. You'll engage shoppers, explain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations. Responsibilities include actively approaching customers, answering basic product and comfort questions, capturing accurate contact information, and meeting daily/weekly lead goals. You'll collaborate with our sales and service teams, uphold safety and professionalism, and represent our brand with friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in retail locations to promote HVAC products and services
• Explain basic heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions to customers
• Qualify prospects and capture accurate lead information
• Schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and safety-conscious presence in-store
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Set up, restock, and maintain promotional displays and materials
• Track interactions and results using basic reporting tools
• Represent Andy's Statewide brand standards and customer-focused culture
