Position: L3 Early Years Practitioners (Permanent)
Location: Oldbury

Are you Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners, who can give young children aged between years a flying start to their fundamental education?

We are supporting a well-known nursery in Oldbury, Sandwell to find passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join their team and be guided by an experienced management team.

The Role

* Plan and deliver high-quality care and education aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Act as a Key Person for a group of children, observing and assessing their progress.

* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Requirements

* Essential:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

* English GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills level 2 (if qualified post September 2014)

* A valid paediatric first aid (ideally, if qualified post 30th June 2016)

* Minimum 1 year experience of working in a nursery setting

Hours:

Full time, Monday - Friday between 7.30 - 6.00pm (Will consider part-time hours for ideal candidates)
