Electrical Service & Installation Engineer
Location:
West Midlands Depot (UK-wide travel required)
Pay: £15.00 – £19.00 per hour + overtime + paid travel + overnight allowance
Are you a Level 3 qualified and 18th Edition-certified Electrical Engineer with experience in installation and service work?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected UK manufacturer supporting commercial projects across the country — from offices, shops and hospitals to manufacturing sites and logistics centres.
You’ll install, maintain, and wire large-scale electrical systems used in commercial air handling and building services applications, working nationwide as part of a skilled engineering team.
What You’ll Do
Install, service, and maintain large air handling and ventilation systems in commercial environments
Carry out electrical wiring, testing, and fault finding of motors, pumps, and isolators
Support mechanical assembly and fitting on-site where needed
Travel across the UK with regular overnight stays (£45 allowance)
Benefit from paid door-to-door travel
Overtime rates:
Weekdays x1.33
Saturdays x1.5
Sundays x1.75
What You’ll Need Before Applying
Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential)
18th Edition certification (essential)
Valid CSCS card (highly desirable)
Experience with in commercial or industrial electrical installation or maintenance (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required (essential)
