Position: Multi Trade Operative (Permanent)
Location: Oldbury

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

Completing reactive maintenance day to day repairs in tenanted properties
Using skills such as joinery, maintenance plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting
Making sure you turn up to work in the right manner and wear correct clothing

Previous social housing experience
A full UK driving licence
A qualification or time served experience
