CCTV Engineer – Install and Service
We are recruiting for 2x roles, one in service and one in install.

We are based in the West Midlands and specialise in market‑leading CCTV equipment, across the UK to a wide range of different clients. We focus purely on CCTV and Access Control Installations, service and maintenance with qualified and experienced engineers.
OpportunityWe have an exciting opening for an energetic, conscientious and motivated member to join our CCTV Engineer team.
Responsibilities- You will be working as part of a team travelling the country servicing / installing CCTV and Door Access Control equipment for new and existing customers.
- The position may require staying away from time to time. You will be provided with accommodation and subsistence allowance.
- You may be required to work overtime depending on the workload and project location with paid overtime and travel time.
- Complete paperwork such as service sheets and job completion certificates.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to our Health and Safety policy following our Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- You’ll organise materials required for projects and work with your team to ensure that jobs are completed to the highest standards.
You will be working as part of a team of engineers with a wealth of experience and a “Can Do” attitude. You will be part of the company’s greatest asset, providing unrivalled installation and service levels within our industry. You will be a key member of our hardworking and professional team.
The Hours40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5 pm (times can vary due to the nature of the job).

We’re looking for someone who will fit in well with our team. You must be willing to muck in and work confidently on your own or as part of a team. A great sense of humour and caring, considerate manner will go far. An interest in technology with a practical brain and an eye for detail are a must with preferably 5 years’ experience installing CCTV and Access Control.
Qualifications& Experience
- Experience in installing and commissioning CCTV systems (access control a bonus).
- Comfortable working in a range of environments with minimal guidance and consistently ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regs and requirements.
- Providing first‑class customer support and service.
- Report feedback to Install Manager.
- Must be an excellent communicator and an approachable hands‑on team member.
- Must be organised and able to ensure consistent and timely job reporting.
- Full, clean driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
- Be confident working at height.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- DBS checked or willing to get DBS checked.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred in the CCTV installation and door access control field.
Salary dependent on skill set and experience in the industry – no time wasters please.

PayBetween £32,000.00 to £40,000 per year dependant on experience.
