Job Overview
Multi-Trade – CIS
Social Housing
Ongoing contract in Sandwell, Midlands (includes Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis).
Hours:
08:00 – 16:00
Pay: £23.50 per hour
Responsibilities- Minor snagging works
- EWI (Echo Wall Insulation)
- Support to the snagging team
- Must be able to work on roofs
- Mild carpentry work
- Ducting
- Experience carrying out similar works
- Own tools, van, and ladders – this is a CIS role
- Keen eye for detail and a good finish
- CSCS Card
Competency:
Carpentry
Temporary or permanent placement with a well-known building contractor on a social housing contract.
