HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Technician – Wednesbury, West Midlands – Up to £55,000 per annum – Days, Lates & Night Shifts Available – Permanent | Full-Time.

We are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Technicians and Mobile HGV Technicians to join a well‑established commercial vehicle operation in the Wednesbury area. Whether you prefer working in a fully equipped workshop or out in the field supporting customers, we have opportunities available to suit your experience and preferences.

• Workshop‑Based HGV Technician
• Mobile HGV Technician

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HGVs.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and service documentation.

• Attend customer sites and roadside locations.
• Carry out emergency breakdown repairs and routine maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working independently.

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Commercial Vehicle Technician, or Mobile HGV Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent are desirable.
• Full UK driving licence (essential for Mobile HGV Technician roles).

• Salary up to £55,000 per year depending on experience and shift pattern.
