Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) + OTE

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family‑run automotive business seeking two experienced Motor Vehicle Technicians to join their growing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians who take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. You'll be working in a professional, supportive environment carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles.

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to a high standard
• Perform oil services, brake inspections, tyre replacements, and general vehicle repairs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Conduct preventative maintenance and vehicle health inspections
• Repair engine, transmission, suspension, and steering systems
• Complete accurate diagnostic and repair reports
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
• Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance, and major mechanical repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential

• Basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 DOE
