Location: Tipton
BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with maintenance and make-readies at Woodview Apartments. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance while ensuring resident satisfaction.
The role requires basic computer skills and tool ownership, with OSHA safety compliance. The position is full-time and on-site, with duties spanning interior and exterior upkeep, safety reporting, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
