We have a vacancy for an experienced Mobile HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Mechanic to join a growing field service team covering Oldbury and the surrounding area.
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, no weekends
Mobile HGV Technician Salary = £42,387 to £45,000 Depending on Experience + £1,500 Signing BonusThe Mobile HGV Technician Role
- Service, maintain and repair HGVs and heavy commercial vehicles at customer sites and at the roadside
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Carry out inspections, safety checks, MOT preparation and breakdown repairs
- Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately
an HGV Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Mobile HGV Mechanic, including MOT prep
- Company van and fuel card
- Annual pay reviews + structured training to Master Technician
