Manages staff in Diagnostic Imaging with primary focus the Radiology Department. Includes management of general X‑ray technologists, MRI technologists, and Mammography technologists with approximately 40 direct reports. Plays an integral role in departmental operations, including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, staff time and attendance, promotion, discharging, assigning work, performance evaluations, rewarding, and disciplining. Assists the Vice President of Diagnostic Imaging with budgeting, supplies management, and capital equipment assessment and procurement.

Supports daily operations, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within the Radiology Department and broader Diagnostic Imaging services. Works with other Radiology modality managers as part of the Diagnostic Imaging leadership team. Guides the department during the EMR transition from Cerner to EPIC in early June. Must be currently ARRT registered in at least one imaging modality.

Equipment in use includes primarily GE and Philips imaging systems. Previous experience with Workday and UKG is preferred.
