Registered Nurse; RN Surgical Services

Minimum Hiring Wage:
From $35.79 per hour. $10,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for qualified candidates. Scheduled

Hours:

7:30am - 6:00pm, with on-call shifts requiring response time of 30 minutes.

Delivers care to patients intra-operative, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the surgical patient and health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Circulating procedures
• Instrumentation of procedures
• Assisting surgeon and/or anesthesia providers
• First assisting
• Patient education
• Resource nurse

Provides high quality care to surgical patient populations of any age in the following specialties:

• ENT
• General
• Orthopedics (including Spine)
• Podiatry
• Dental/Oral surgery
• Pain Management
• Ophthalmology
• Urology
• OB/Gynecology
• Vascular

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related field
• Health care experience within the last five years preferred
• OR experience preferred
• Electronic documentation/keyboarding experience preferred
• IV Conscious Sedation experience preferred
