Position: Travel RN Long Term Care - $2,186 per week

Responsibilities

  • Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan.
  • Works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions.
  • Facility is a total of 160 beds.
  • Resident to Nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview.
  • Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a LTC setting required.
Job Requirements
  • Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license required within 30 days of start (for RNs use BON & NURSYS).
  • Must have current professional license.
  • GRH Education Verification must be completed through 3rd party.
  • GRH Drug Screen within 30 days of start (9 panel).
  • GRH Skills Checklist completed within 12 months.
  • Pre-Orientation CBL Acknowledgement required.
  • Epic Registration Acknowledgement Form must be signed and uploaded after registration.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine or declination accepted.
  • MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted.
  • Fit Test completed prior to start.
  • Hepatitis B: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted.
  • TB Test proof of negative test within past 2 years or documentation if prior positive.
  • Health Statement within last 12 months, updated every 4 years.
  • Driver's License/State  and visible.
  • Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted.
  • Tdap valid for 10 years or declination accepted.
  • GRH Background Check within 30 days of start.
  • GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse state requirement.
  • GRH EPLS/GSA/SAM HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start.
  • 2 Professional References required, 1 must be from Supervisor.
  • GRH Resume or Profile required.
  • GRH I9 Attestation required.
  • GRH Color Vision test proof within 1 year.
  • GRH Contract Employee Data Sheet required.
  • GRH NSO check within 30 days of start.
  • GRH OFAC check within 30 days of start.
  • GRH Evergreen Link must be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
