Job Overview

Driver Local Delivery Combination Route – West Burlington, Iowa

• Local Combination Drivers are responsible for delivering our products to small and large retailers on a set route.
• They will manually unload their trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with our customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested by the customer.
• No previous experience is required and Drivers will receive hands‑on training upon hire.
• Equipment used may include tractor trailers, semi trailers, pup trailers, box trucks (28 ft, 32 ft, 53 ft), delivery trucks (side load, side bay), trailers with lift gates, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Driving responsibilities include operating a CDL Class A vehicle, delivery truck driving, and out‑of‑towner (OTR) routes.

• Monday through Friday
• Start at 4:00 am until route is finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Local routes only

You are self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and would prefer to be off the truck rather than sitting behind the wheel. You are active, willing to lift, push, and pull cases of our products, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.

• Pay starting at $25.88 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $27.24 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A (CDL A)
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File
