Associate Post Processing Technician - 3rd shift

Position Summary

As an Associate Post Processing Technician, you will operate automatic or semi‑automatic machines in the production of our products, perform finishing and assembly operations to ensure quality products, and use work instructions to guide tasks.

• Understand setup and final assembly instructions.
• Process product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts go out the door.
• Follow the router protocol to move the product efficiently through channels.
• Follow standard applications to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics, including repair and rework of parts.
• Work from drawings and work instructions to plan finishing, assembly, or re‑work.
• Drive quality compliance by documenting results using workmanship standards and 5S principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to the company Code of Conduct, Adva Med and Med Tech Codes, and all other company policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing required trainings and maintaining knowledge of compliance.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to problem‑solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of MS Office software.
• Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations and standards, including ISO
  13485.
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Required to regularly lift or move up to 10pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25pounds. Required to possess specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
