$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).

. We’re looking for a skilled Steel MIG Welder to join our growing team and help us build heavy‑duty equipment in a clean, friendly shop environment
.

• Perform MIG welding on steel components (primarily flat, some vertical welds).
• Lay out, position, and secure parts according to basic blueprints and shop drawings.
• Use power tools (circular saw, band saw, air impacts, air/electric drills, grinders).
• Use hand tools and measuring tools with precision.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure weld quality meets industry and company standards.

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience (steel fabrication preferred).
• Strong tape measurement and blueprint reading skills.
• Proficiency with both power and hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship.

• Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience.
