Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This part‑time opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, providing administrative support, and helping keep office functions running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing professional customer service
- Greet visitors and assist with general front office duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with data entry and updating company databases
- Process incoming mail, email communications, and office correspondence
- Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Support accounting and human resources with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and special projects
- Assist management with various clerical and organizational responsibilities
- Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or related office experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional and customer‑focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
