Our Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. They approach each day with a single purpose – to do the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their vision for success and the lives they want to lead. They will have access to an expansive set of products and solutions to better serve our business clients today and into the future.
- Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting. (65% - 70% of time)
- Be the primary advisor for our business clients with annual revenues of $2.5MM to $25MM.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client‑centric solutions that build strong, long‑term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients’ banking needs.
- Obtain and process client and account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
- Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Credit Card teams.

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to five years of relevant experience
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
