About the RoleWe’re looking for a relationship-driven Commercial Customer Service Agent to support our commercial clients and agency team. This is a client-facing role focused on service, communication, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do- Support commercial clients with daily service needs
- Process endorsements, certificates, and renewals
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and team members
- Assist producers with account servicing
- Commercial insurance or customer service experience preferred
- P&C license helpful (we’ll support you in obtaining it)
- Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
- Positive attitude and team mindset
