We are looking for a customer service professional with a passion for pets and people. The role involves answering phones, greeting clients, managing check‑ins, handling payments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Perks & PayPay starts at $12–$13.00/hour DOE + tips.
Telehealth, 401k, and pet insurance.
Reporting ToGeneral Manager
Responsibilities- Stand on feet often and move around the facility.
- Lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Availability evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Exposure to cleaning supplies and pet hair.
- Welcome pet parents and their pets.
- Answer phones with a friendly tone and multitask.
- Tour new clients and provide information on services.
- Ensure vaccinations are on file.
- Manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Handle cash, cards, and balance end‑of‑day drawer.
- Respond to complaints calmly.
- Escort pets to and from enclosures.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness.
- Provide support to teammates when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- People‑person and pet‑enthusiast.
- Experience in customer service or retail.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, in‑person, email.
- Comfortable with multi‑line phone systems and computer software.
- Calm under pressure.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
