We're excited to open a brand-new Wellness City location and are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new business, build relationships with clients from day one, and grow your career within a successful and expanding company.

We'll provide the training and support needed for your success.
What You'll Do- Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals.
- Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits.
- Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Retail, hospitality, sales, fitness, spa, tanning, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
