As an Architectural Project Manager
, you will work in conjunction with the development team, builders and property managers, as well as a wide range of topic-based experts. Salary: $70k-$90k/year.

Our ideal team member will have 5 – 8 years of professional working experience with at least 2 years at the PM level. He/She will have experience in multi-family housing, be self-motivated, have good leadership skills and most importantly, have a passion for providing families with affordable housing options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology required
  • 5-8 years of work experience with 2 years of project management
  • Multi-family housing - any experience with low income housing, LIHTC would be plus
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of building codes and accessibility design requirements
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create preliminary, conceptual designs including site plan, building layouts, elevations, and amenities
  • Research and application of zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements
  • Actuate the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits
  • Ensure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget
  • Communicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams
  • Ability to travel to client sites 1-3 times per month - Mostly same day or overnight trips.
