Job Description: Elementary (P‑5) Teacher (preferred licensed in Social Studies 4‑9). Full‑time position at a charter non‑public school serving students preschool‑to‑8th grade. The academy is seeking dynamic teachers to join our team for the upcoming 2024‑2025 school year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education
• ODE Resident Educator License or Permanent Teaching License for Elementary (P‑3)
• Ability to work with diverse groups
• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood curricula and practices
• Strong communication skills written and verbal

Position Description (Responsibilities):

• Deliver instruction using a variety of techniques to keep students on task.
• Plan and organize instruction appropriately.
• Use objective and consistent assessment techniques to evaluate learning and development.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate instructional effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain effective classroom control.
• Reinforce appropriate social and academic interventions constructively.
• Maintain professional interactions with colleagues, parents, and the community.
