Early Childhood Teachers Wanted – West Chester

Location: West Chester, Ohio |
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $15–$16/hour (based on education & experience)

We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team and inspire children through a play‑based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Our nurturing environment encourages curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning.

All teachers plan, direct, and participate in age‑appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.

Teachers may also assist lead teachers in classroom management or in fulfilling requests made by the Assistant Director or Director.

Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)

High School Diploma or GED required

1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field preferred

Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children

High School or better.
